If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your access being activated and we will refund the full amount you paid for that plan.
How to Ask
Email vyas@guruvyas.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Refund” and your payment reference. You don't need to give a reason.
How Refunds Are Paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Bank or payment provider charges on international transfers may be deducted where we cannot recover them.
- Your access to the refunded plan ends when the refund is approved.
Bundles
A bundle is refunded as a whole within the 7-day period. We do not refund individual levels from a bundle.
After 7 Days
Plans are not refundable after 7 days, except where a technical problem on our side stops you from using the training and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. In that case we refund the unused part of your access period.
Misuse
No refund is due if access is suspended for breaking the Terms & Conditions, for example sharing your login.
